California Cable Car Line

San Francisco’s iconic cable cars are recognized for the clanging of their bells to panoramic views. The California Cable Car line runs east/west on California Street. From the Hotel Julian, you can walk 3.5 block and catch it on California street and Hyde. Ride it up to Grace Cathedral, the Masonic concert venue, Huntington park, China Town or all the way down to the Ferry Building and enjoy the scenic views or a great meal near the Embarcadero.
